Any Progress is Good Progress

As usual, I would like to start out by apologizing for my silence. It’s surprisingly difficult to stick to writing in my blog when I have a lot of “to do” activities I seem to be working to avoid. Wait. What?

Yes, you read that correctly. I have a lot of things I could be working on. 1. My Cupid comic I was planing to start releasing next month. Now I’m not 100% sure that’s going to happen. 2. My bigger and more in-depth romance I want to write. I already have a cover nearly complete and the story’s outline is barely finished. 3. I have new art ideas filling up my head and I can’t keep track of them. It’s been like a tornado is spinning around in my head. Writing it all out here and sharing it with you makes me realize there’s not a lot, but a few things with a lot of pieces. I guess that does make it a lot. Oh boy, welcome to my mind.

Well, needless to say, I’ve been bouncing around a lot with my plans and that’s okay. Chaotic progress is still progress? My main point for this post is to share with you I am still writing and still creating art. You’ve heard it time and time again but the world has been weird for a while now and it’s made things a little difficult for me. I am learning how to work when my husband is occasionally working from home. It was tough at first but he’s been respectful. He knows to not hover over my shoulder too much while I’m creating anything. He knows how I work, and his knowledge makes it easier on me.

It’s been a little weird but there’s still progress with what I’m working on. I say it all the time, but I will try to share more with you as I create it. We’ll see how this goes!

I hope you are doing well and I wish you a great day!
